A few days ago, Judge Leonard had the opportunity to address a great group of law enforcement officers at the FOP. He filled them in on the challenges facing the judiciary from COVID-19 and the aggressive plan to attack the backlog of jury trials that accumulated during the statewide suspension of jury trials.
