Delayed for 15 months by COVID-19, the Chief Justice’s Commission on Professionalism was finally able to reschedule the community service award ceremony. Judge Leonard was recognized for his community service activities along with seven others from across the State of Georgia.

Judge Leonard recently received the Thomas A. Slaughter Award for service to the Tommy Nobis Center. Judge Leonard served on the Board of Directors for TNC for 14 years helping people with disabilities break down barriers to employment and gain independence.
